Darren Cash is a highly experienced class action litigator, having worked closely with the Directors of JGA on several large-scale representative proceedings in both State and Federal Courts. His current practice spans a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on human rights, discrimination, product liability, and consumer claims.
Darren has specialised expertise in human rights and discrimination matters, particularly those involving First Nations communities. He has been privileged to represent Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander communities across Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, and the Northern Territory, and is recognised for his culturally informed, strategic, and outcome-driven approach.
Darren is committed to the efficient and effective case management of complex litigation and collaborates closely with clients and counsel to provide key strategic insights during each phase of litigation. Prior to his admission as a solicitor, Darren worked in both the private and public healthcare sectors as a Hospital Coordinator and Clinical Director, managing large multidisciplinary teams in Australia and Canada. His background shapes a practical, solutions-oriented approach focused on delivering clear, effective outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.
